This website provides general information about warehouse storage products and accepts enquiries. It does not currently sell products, take payment, or form a supply or installation contract online. Product descriptions, capacities, availability, images, illustrations, dimensions, timelines and prices shown or discussed before a written quotation are indicative only.

3. Enquiries, quotations and orders

A website submission is a request for RAIZ HORIZON to contact you; it is not an accepted order or a binding offer by either party. A project proceeds only under a written quotation, order confirmation or contract accepted by the relevant parties. The project-specific document will state the final scope, price, payment terms, delivery, installation, warranty and other commercial conditions, and will take priority if it conflicts with these website terms.

4. Technical information and 3D concepts

Website calculators, recommendations, capacity indications and 3D configurations are early visual concepts for discussion. They are not structural calculations, approved engineering drawings, installation instructions, authority approvals or safety certification. Final recommendations depend on verified dimensions, floor and building conditions, pallet and load data, handling equipment, operational clearances, fire and life-safety requirements, site access and applicable approvals. Never purchase, fabricate, load or install a system solely from a website concept.

5. Your information and responsibilities

Please provide accurate, current information and tell us when requirements change. You are responsible for checking the final written scope before accepting it.
